We want you to love your PawCare necklace. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you received your order.
 
Personalized Items:
Because our necklaces are custom-made based on your pet's photo and engraved individually for you, we are unable to accept returns on items where production has already begun — unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If your item arrives with a production error or quality issue, we will replace it free of charge, no questions asked.
 
How to Request a Refund:
To initiate a return or report an issue, please contact us at support@pawcareworld.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the item if applicable.
 
Refund Processing:
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
 
Damaged or Lost Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us immediately. We will resend your order or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
