Personalized ProductsOur necklaces are individually crafted based on the photo and details you provide. Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once production has started, changes to the engraving are no longer possible. If your photo is not suitable for engraving, we will contact you within 24 hours to request a replacement. 3. Prices & PaymentAll prices are final and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely at checkout via credit card, PayPal, or other available methods. 4. DeliveryStandard delivery takes 5–12 business days from the start of production. We will notify you by email if there are any unexpected delays. 5. Quality GuaranteeEvery PawCare product is handcrafted with care. If your item arrives with a defect or production error, we will replace it at no cost to you. 6.
