Every PawCare necklace is made to order. Here is what to expect after you place your order.

Production Time:

Each piece is individually handcrafted and engraved. Production takes 3–5 business days.

Delivery Time:

After production, shipping takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. Total delivery time is typically 5–12 business days.

Shipping Cost:

Shipping is completely free on all orders — no minimum required.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Orders:

We ship worldwide. Please note that for orders outside the EU, local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
